This Hino R260 intercity was originally an bus powered by diesel fuel, With the assistance of Hunan CTS battery, it was completely converted into a 100% pure electric bus. The entire 320kWh lithium iron phosphate battery system was provided by CTS, We have employed a standardized modular design, where each module operates at 76.8V and 412Ah. The battery system consists of 10 modules arranged in a 5S2P configuration, resulting in a total voltage of 384V and a capacity of 824Ah. This modular design allows for greater flexibility in battery installation, making it suitable for most buses available in the market.
This bus conversion project was successfully completed after more than 9 months of installation and commissioning, followed by 450 kilometers of road testing.
